Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately, you can't add to an order, however, if you place another order before we process the original one and contact our support team at customerservice@penny-black.co.uk, we will be happy to refund you one of the postage charges. -

When will I be charged for my order?
Payment for your order is taken at the point of ordering. -
Get in touch with customerservice@penny-black.co.uk and let us know your offer code and as long as it was valid at the time of ordering, we'll sort it out and refund the amount back to you.
