My order hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time - what should I do?

Standard Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm or before 11am Saturday will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail 1st Class or RM24. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive.*

Next Day Delivery
If you select Next Day delivery, your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, is tracked end-to-end, and needs a signature when it arrives.

  • Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday - or before 11am Saturday - will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders after 4pm Monday to Friday - or after 11am Saturday - or anytime Sunday - will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders dispatched using this service on a Friday or Saturday will be guaranteed for the following Monday.
  • This service excludes Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.

*Please allow additional time if you're expecting a delivery over a bank or public holiday.
